04 License & Downloads
CamTube distributes its client software (the "App") as:

- iOS: not currently available (coming soon)
All installers are hosted at [GITHUB_RELEASES_URL] ("Official Repository"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4.1 Verification
You are encouraged to verify the SHA-256 hash of any downloaded file against the hash published on the Official Repository release page. Files obtained from any other source are not covered by this license.
4.2 Operating System Warnings
Windows SmartScreen and Android Play Protect may display a warning on first release of any new application. These are default reputation-based warnings, not virus detections. You are responsible for deciding whether to proceed.
4.3 Restrictions
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
05 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service if you are under 18 or in a jurisdiction where access is unlawful.
- Upload, share, or solicit any content involving minors, non-consensual activity, bestiality, or violence.
- Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate any person.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without written permission.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security or age-verification features.
- Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited advertising.
- Violate any applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction.
Violations may result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.
06 Content & Intellectual Property
