2.1 What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not run device fingerprinting or canvas fingerprinting scripts.
- We do not use covert analytics — if we add analytics, it will be a named, disclosed provider.
- We do not send your IP or browsing data to third-party chat platforms (Telegram, Discord, etc.).
- We do not collect precise geolocation.
03 How We Use Data
- To provide the Service — operate your account, stream content, deliver downloads.
- To verify age — comply with 18+ legal obligations.
- To improve the Service — aggregate, non-identifying usage stats.
- To communicate — service updates, security alerts, and (with consent) marketing.
- To comply with law — respond to valid legal requests, enforce our Terms.

05 Third Parties
When you download CamTube, your browser requests a file from GitHub at [GITHUB_RELEASES_URL]. GitHub logs the request (IP, timestamp, user agent) under its own Privacy Statement. We do not control that logging.
